My work relies on participatory practices, evidende and research ethics. I'm enthusiastic of a critical and reflexive thinking in the design process. I follow no recipe in UX research: I creatively adapt UX methods to each product and context. I use both qualitative and quantitative data to detect needs, flaws and opportunities. The choice for a more qualitative or a more quantitative research depends on the research questions and business goals.
