My work relies on participatory practices, evidence and research ethics. I'm enthusiastic of a critical and reflexive thinking in the design process. Each project is unique and sometimes is necessary to go beyond in UX research: I creatively adapt UX methods to each product and context and I'm constantly improving my toolkit. I use both qualitative and quantitative data to detect needs, flaws and opportunities. The choice for a more qualitative or a more quantitative research depends on the research questions and business goals.
